These terms govern use of the LUXIFIC website. Commercial and project-specific conditions are confirmed separately in the relevant quotation, order and contract.
1. Information on this website
Product, technical and application information is provided for general B2B project discussion. Product configuration, availability, documentation scope, standards and contractual terms must be confirmed in writing for the selected project.
2. Technical files and project information
Catalogs, drawings, photometric data, test reports and certification documents may be controlled by model, configuration, market and project. Do not rely on a file for approval until the relevant LUXIFIC team confirms its applicability.
3. Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a supply agreement. Please provide accurate business and project information so we can prepare a relevant response.
4. Intellectual property
LUXIFIC names, brand assets, product content and site materials remain protected. Do not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.
