2. Data we collect & why

When you submit an RFQ or contact form, we may collect your name, business email, phone/WhatsApp number, company, country or region, product requirement and message. We use this information to answer your request, prepare a quotation, provide technical or commercial support, and protect our website against misuse.

Our legal basis is the steps needed to respond to your pre-contractual request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); in some cases, our legitimate interests in operating a secure B2B website and responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)); and consent where you choose to enable optional external content.

3. Retention, recipients & international transfers

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, comply with law, or continue a business relationship. Access is limited to staff and service providers who need the information to handle the request.

Because LUXIFIC is established in China, your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR applies, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards as required for the transfer in question.

5. Security & automated decisions

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. This website does not make decisions about you solely by automated processing or profiling that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

6. Cookies & external map content

We use essential local storage only to remember your privacy choice. We do not activate optional third-party map content until you choose to allow it. When enabled, the map is provided using OpenStreetMap data via OpenFreeMap/MapLibre; that provider may receive your IP address and the map location needed to serve the map.
